HEAD COACH, STEVE LAPHAM
Steve received his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and his Masters in Health from Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU). During his college career Steve played Rugby and Basketball. After college Steve coached Rugby at SCSU for two years and helped start the New Haven Old Black Mens Rugby Club, which won the Eastern Division Championships in its third year. Steve then taught at St. Joseph's High School in Trumbull, where he also coached Basketball and Baseball. Now in his seventeenth year in Greenwich teaching Physical Education, Steve is head coach of Rugby and Volleyball. Coach Lapham has compiled a 93-63-3 record which includes New England Championships in 1993, 1995, 1997, 1998 & 1999.
